My name is Ryan and I purchased camo-wire last year for my ladder stands.
I have always had problems in the woods of deer walking up, seeing the ladder
and then I watch their heads follow the ladder up right to me, a few foot stomps
and next thing I know I’m busted! This past year 2008 I was in the woods and had
a group of five deer come in. They started to walk right toward me and I was waiting
to hear "the wheeze". It never came. The next thing I know the deer are directly under
my stand and I look down and there is one of the deer trying to eat the camo-wire!
They hung out around my stand and eventually wandered off.
I am a believer that camo-wire does work and is a great thing to have in the woods.
